What's next
From a 2014 talk to a 2027 pilot
In 2014 the TETRA was an idea on a slide. The next step is to test it with real people in a real place. BEN-Net, the Ben Franklin Network, is a civic network now forming in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It will be the first live beta of the TETRA, and it will add an AI layer designed to strengthen human judgment rather than replace it.
Ben Franklin was 21 when he gathered the Junto, a small circle of friends who went on to build much of Philadelphia's civic life. BEN-Net picks up that thread.
